In 2011, Jherry did not technically live at the orphanage. But because he is from dire poverty — and his parents who are still living are unable to help support him, he started coming to the orphanage to be with his sisters: Daniela and Medona and his brothers: Jean David, Dayson and Danielo. He continued to come to the orphanage to receive a meal each day and eventually started sleeping there. Since then, he is now a sponsored child. Jherry has a bright personality, and often wears clothes to match!
