Haiti

Nompass decided in 2007 to expand its ministry and service abroad by partnering on a small scale with another local nonprofit organization — the Amber Outreach Project, to provide support to an orphanage in the small village of Titanyen. Titanyen is located on the coast about 45 minutes outside of Port Au Prince, Haiti. Over the last year, Ncompass funded the construction of an out-building used as a cafeteria, as well as provided clothes, vitamins, food, sports equipment, books and educational materials to all the children in the orphanage.

As Ncompass continues to grow, our goal is to mobilize resources and expand our outreach into the community by building and supporting a community resource center. We are also teaming up with donors to sponsor the children of the orphanage.  Our desire is to come along side our brothers and sisters in Haiti, lending a helping hand as they grow to be self-sustaining.
